Registration Fees

The registration fees of the International Conference on Pancreatic Cancer (Pancreas 2018) are detailed below. Please note that the registration fees are tax exempt as this is an educational conference, no extra charges will be added to the fees.

*A copy of one of the following must be submitted with registration. Please forward this by email to registration@pancreas2018.org:

  • Student card
  • Letter from Professor / Head of Department
  • A recent job certification

The registration fee for Pancreas 2018 includes:

  • Admission to the Conference and Poster Sessions
  • Conference documentation
  • Daily tea/coffee and lunch
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

Confirmation of registration

Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Registration for activities that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if booked.

Payment of registration

Payment in US Dollars ($) should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB may be used for payment of registration. Please enter your card details when requested during registration.
  • Bank transfer to Bank of Scotland, further banking information will be detailed on the invoice that you receive when you have completed your registration.

Please quote the name of the participant and registration reference on all bank transfers.  All bank charges and fees associated with the transfer will not be accepted by the Conference and must be met by the participant. Registration fees MUST be paid in full before Conference registration can be confirmed. All fees should be remitted within 5 days of making this registration. A copy of your bank transfer receipt must be emailed to registration@pancreas2018.org as proof of payment.

The Pancreas 2018 Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or reference number is not mentioned, nor will the Pancreas 2018 Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Bank transfers not accepted from April 5, 2018.

Changes, substitutions, and cancellation of registrations

Notification of changes and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Pancreas 2018 Registration Department at registration@pancreas2018.org.

Refund policy

  • Refunds for cancellations made up to and including March 5, 2018, will be made in full less a cancellation fee of $80.00.
  • No refunds can be made for cancellations received after March 6, 2018

Cancellation of registration will be accepted subject to an administration fee:-

  • Cancellations up to and including March 5, 2018: total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $80.
  • Cancellations made after March 5, 2018, we regret that no refund can be made.
